Courtney Upshaw Arrested
Courtney Upshaw, a linebacker for the Alabama Crimson Tide football team, was arrested in the early morning hours of August 20, 2009, on charges of domestic violence and harassment.

Is it too much to ask that our players stay out of jail if they can? At least steer clear of the law during football season guys. FYI: reports say Upshaw will NOT be suspended - just a guess here, but a $500 bond doesn’t lead me to believe this was a major altercation. Let’s hope not.
